FIA attempts to gag Martin Brundle

I rather hope that this goes to court, since (as I understand the libel laws, IANAL) the FIA would have to demonstrate that their actions don't "seem like a witch-hunt against McLaren", something I'm not sure they can achieve.
As I've noted previously - I would rather the sport collapse and be reformed than continue with the Feckin' Incompetent Assholes that seem to be in charge of things at the moment.
